Computer Solutions Inc., a family owned business, has been in business since February 1994. As some of you might remember, Computer Solutions, Inc. actually started out under the name Professional Computer Services in 1994. Professional Computer Services started out doing consulting and custom training. They decided to do sales a year later as many of their clients were requesting it. As business began to grow, Lynn needed Jeff's expertise in hardware repairs and upgrades. Jeff's experience with many network configurations and Lynn's knowledge of software configurations across networks allowed them to handle business clients more successfully.

In 1997, Jeff and Lynn moved to a larger location as business continued to grow. At this point, they decided to incorporate. However, Professional Computer Services Incorporated was already taken. So they changed their business name to Computer Solutions, Inc. Now that there was a larger location, they were able to offer more products and services. Over the past few years, they have greatly expanded their networking offerings. They fulfill your network needs from designing the appropriate network solution to installing and maintaining it. This includes all cabling needs as well. Detailed network portfolios are also included with the network design and implementation. Due to growth and expansion, they have access to tens of thousands of products (including proprietary parts) and offer a variety of services such as cabling, networking, support, configuration, repairs, upgrades, installation, setup, and other services.

At Computer Solutions, Inc., we pride ourselves on quality service and support. If your business is down, we work around the clock to make sure you are running as quickly as possible. We specialize in small and medium businesses. We work beyond our normal store hours to ensure your new network is installed and configured without inconveniencing your staff during the typical work day. Our service rates are currently $85/hr with a ½ hour minimum. We never charge 'priority service' rates or 'extended rates beyond normal business hours'. Computer Solutions, Inc. is dedicated to keeping up with technology. We always keep you up to date and informed. We attend seminars and keep up with training on a regular basis. As a business account, you receive our monthly flier. It keeps our clients informed of updated hardware and software, promotions and specials, provide tips & tricks, and more.

Our warranty is a 1 year onsite parts and labor warranty. The computers we use are custom made with components from the industry leaders such as Intel, Seagate, 3COM, Gigabyte, MSI, Microsoft, US Robotics, and Hewlett Packard. Our computer systems come completely configured with the software and hardware you order from us at no charge. Industry specific software, special customization, and server configurations are done at our normal service rates unless a service package is purchased. Any existing software or data transferring you may need is done at our normal service rates. Delivery of a new computer system can be done for a $20 fee. Computer Solutions, Inc. is also Hewlett Packard Authorized, A+ Certified, a 3COM business partner, a Viewsonic authorized dealer, an Intel Business Partner, and an Authorized APC dealer.
